ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
The following employees are not considered to be an Eligible Employee and
are not eligible to participate in the Plan:
• Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement
• Non-resident aliens
• Union employees
For the purposes of salary deferral and employer matching contributions, you
will be eligible to participate once you have completed 3 months of service
with 160 hours of service each month.
For the purposes of Profit Sharing contributions, you will be eligible to
participant once you have completed 1 year of service in which 1,000 hours of
service have been completed.
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
For the purposes of salary deferral and employer matching contributions, you
can begin contributing on the first day of each Quarter coincident with or
next following the date the eligibility requirements have been met.
For the purposes of Profit Sharing contributions, you can begin contributing
immediately upon completing 1 year of service in which 1,000 hours of service
have been completed.
Are rollovers accepted?
If you want to roll over qualified retirement plan assets, you may do so once
you are eligible to participate in the plan.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the
web login instructions found on page 9 or by completing the forms located
within this book and returning them to your resources representative.
