ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
You become eligible to participate in the Plan after you have completed 3
months of service.
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
You can begin contributing to the Plan on the first day of the calendar
month coincident with or next following the time you meet the eligibility
criteria specified above.
Are rollovers accepted?
The Plan may accept a Rollover Contribution made on behalf of any
Employee not excluded from the Plan, regardless of whether such Employee
has met the age and service requirements of the Plan. If you have money in a
non-Roth account you may rollover/transfer the account balance to a Roth
(after-tax) account under this plan.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the
web login instructions found on page 9 or by completing the form in this
book and returning it to your human resources representative.
