ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Important Note:
This Plan includes an automatic enrollment feature. All Eligible Employees that do not have
a deferral contribution rate will automatically be enrolled into the plan with a deferral
contribution rate of 3%. Your deferral will be invested in an appropriate Target Date fund based
on your year of birth.
If you wish to make changes to the deferral percentage or do not wish to participate in the Plan,
you must opt out via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the web login
instructions or by completing the form in this book and returning it to your human resources
representative.
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
You are eligible to participate in the plan when you have reached age 21
and have completed 3 consecutive months of service.
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
You are not an Eligible Employee if you are a member of any of the following
classes of employees:
• covered by a collective bargaining agreement
• leased employee
• non-resident alien
• independent contractor
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
For purposes of elective deferrals, you can begin contributing to the Plan
immediately upon meeting the age and service requirements above.
For purposes of Employer Matching and non-elective contributions, your
Entry Date will be on the date you attain age 21 and complete one (1) Year of
Eligibility Service.
Are rollovers accepted?
The Plan may accept a Rollover Contribution made on behalf of any
Employee not excluded from the plan, regardless of whether such employee
has met the age and service requirements of the plan.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the web
login instructions found on page 7 or by completing the forms located within
this book and returning them to your human resources representative.
