ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
If you are an Eligible Employee, you can join the plan when you have attained
age 21 and completed 1 year of service in which at least 1,000 hours of service
have been completed.
You are not an Eligible Employee if you are a member of any of the following
classes of employees:
• covered by a collective bargaining agreement
• leased employee
• non-resident alien
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
You can begin contributing to the Plan on the first day of the month and
seventh month of the Plan Year coincident with or next following the date
that the eligibility requirements are met.
Are rollovers accepted?
The Plan may accept a Rollover Contribution made on behalf of any Eligible
Employee.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll by completing the forms located within this book and
returning them to your human resources representative.
